As you know, at CYGYC BIOCON we are committed to environmental sustainability, and we are delighted to share some great news!
We have recently taken a significant step towards reducing our carbon footprint by installing additional solar panels on the roof of our production plant. With a total capacity of 104.3 kWp, these solar panels have been generating clean energy throughout 2022, contributing to a greener future.
We are delighted to announce that our solar installation has generated no less than 111,243 kWh of clean electricity this year. Not only are we reducing our dependence on fossil fuels, but we are also having a positive impact on the environment by avoiding the emission of harmful greenhouse gases.
In fact, the installation of our PV station alone has resulted in a significant reduction of 71.43 metric tonnes of CO2 emissions by 2022. This achievement represents substantial progress towards our goal of operating in a more sustainable and environmentally friendly manner.
